Your 100% Satisfaction is guaranteed.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of your purchase.  Refunds are for merchandise value only and will be credited to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days upon receipt of product.  Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received.  Sale items and items marked FINAL SALE are not returnable.

Please note that we are happy to replace faulty merchandise, but we however cannot exchange items.  If you prefer a different product, just return the unwanted merchandise for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

If the item you received was damaged or incorrect, we will email you a prepaid postage return label.  If you are returning an item that is not damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us.  It is in your best interest to use a shipping method that will provide you with tracking information.

For Personalized Items

We make every effort to ensure that your personalized items are delivered as ordered.  You will receive an email with a picture proof of your personalized item prior to us creating the product.  We will not start production of a personalized item until we have your approval of that proof.

If we fail to produce your item exactly as the approved proof, and you are unsatisfied, we will provide a refund for the full purchase price or replace the item at no charge to you.  Personalized items may not be returned if they are free from defects and made as specified in the approved proof.
